Commercial terms and conditions

1. Initial provision
   1. These commercial terms and conditions (hereinafter only “Commercial Terms”) of the Prague Information Service, a contributory organization, not listed in the commercial register, with registered office in Arbesovo Square 70/4, Prague 5, postal code 150 00, BIN: 00064491, TID: CZ00064491 (hereinafter only “Seller”) affirm the mutual rights and obligations of the contractual parties originating in connection or on the basis of the contract of purchase (hereinafter only “Purchase Contract”) concluded between the seller and another individual or legal entity (hereinafter only the “Buyer”) by means of an Internet shop of the Seller. The Internet Shop is operated by the Seller at the Internet address www.praguewelcome.com, by means of a web page (hereinafter only “Shop Web Page”).
2. User account
   1. The web page enables orders to be placed without registration directly from the Shop Web Page.
   2. When filling in compulsory data on the web page and when ordering goods, the Buyer is obliged to state all data correctly and truly. The data given by the Buyer in the user account and when ordering the goods is considered to be correct by the Seller.
   3. The Buyer shall take into account the fact that the web page does not have to be accessible continually, particularly with regard to necessary hardware and software maintenance of the Seller, or the necessary maintenance of the hardware and software of any third parties.
